Like when my chickens get out of the coop and wander into the neighbor’s yard, I guess that’s their “isekai”!
First off, there’s this Joker fella, always laughin’ like a hyena and causin’ trouble with his girl, Harley. She’s a wild one, that Harley, always flippin’ around and talkin’ crazy. Then there’s this Katana lady, always swingin’ that sword of hers. Scary lookin’, but I reckon she’s alright deep down. And a bunch of other weirdos, too many to name, honestly. They all got problems, that’s for sure.
Anyway, they get sent to this other world, right? And it’s got all sorts of creatures and magic and whatnot. This is where the fun starts! They gotta fight this Undead King fella, real nasty piece of work, wants to take over everything. And how do they fight him? Well, they turn into, get this, magical girls! Can ya believe it? These tough-as-nails criminals wearin’ frilly dresses and usin’ magic wands. I almost choked on my tea when I saw that!
- There’s this princess, see? She’s a good girl, but she’s kinda scared of her mama, the queen. That queen’s got a stick up her behind, lemme tell ya. But the princess, she likes Harley, ’cause Harley don’t care about nothin’. It’s kinda sweet, in a weird way.
- And this Joker guy, he’s always up to no good, even in this other world. Him and Harley, they’re always causin’ chaos, just like back home, I guess. They’re like them young boys in my village, can’t stay out of trouble, always gettin into something!
- They got ten episodes, I heard. That’s a lot, ain’t it? But it goes by quick, what with all the fightin’ and the magic and the jokes. Sometimes it’s hard to keep up, but it’s fun to watch. I didn’t always understand what was goin on but it was still fun to watch the colors and fighting. It sure beat watchin the corn grow, that’s for sure.
Now, they fight and they fight, and they do some good, too. They save the day, even though they’re bad guys. Guess even bad guys can do good things sometimes, huh? It’s like when my old rooster chases away a hawk. He’s mean, but he protects the hens. These fellas, they’re kinda like that rooster.
But the story ain’t over yet, I reckon. They still got stuff to do, even after they beat the Undead King. Maybe they’ll go on more adventures in this other world, who knows? Maybe they’ll even learn a thing or two. Stranger things have happened, I guess. I mean, a rooster protecting hens? Life is full of surprises.
Overall, I’d say this Suicide Squad Isekai thing is worth a watch. It’s funny, it’s got action, and it’s got heart, believe it or not. Even an old lady like me can enjoy it. Just don’t expect it to make a whole lotta sense all the time. It’s just a good ol’ time, ya know? Like eatin’ a big piece of apple pie after a long day. Sweet and satisfying, that’s what it is. So go on, give it a try. You might just like it.
And don’t worry too much about the details. Just sit back, relax, and enjoy the ride. That’s what I did, and I had a good time. And that’s all that matters, ain’t it? Now, if you’ll excuse me, I gotta go feed them chickens. Those birds are always hungry!

It is a little crazy and wild, but it is fun, like letting the pigs loose in the garden. It is chaos but you are still gonna laugh about it.
