Well, well, well, let me tell ya, this first episode of “American Horror Story: Delicate” sure had its fair share of strange goings-on. Now, I ain’t no expert, but I sure know when somethin’ ain’t right, and this show just kept givin’ me the creeps. It starts off with Anna, this woman who seems to be just mindin’ her own business, sleepin’ in bed. But wouldn’t ya know it, someone sneaks right up and curls up next to her in the middle of the night! Now, if that ain’t strange, I don’t know what is. Anna wakes up and finds someone there, and, let me tell ya, she don’t look too happy about it. It’s the kind of spooky stuff that just makes ya wonder who this intruder is and what they want.
Now, there’s this character called Sonia, played by that young lady Cara Delevigne. She ain’t your average gal, I’ll tell ya that. She’s all mysterious-like and acts a bit off, makin’ folks wonder if she could be the one responsible for sneakin’ into Anna’s bed. I mean, she sure looks like Dex’s ex-wife, so who knows, maybe there’s somethin’ fishy goin’ on. Sonia ain’t the only oddball in this episode, though. There’s a lot of strange things happenin’, but the show don’t give away too much, so ya gotta keep watchin’ to see how it all unfolds.
But I’ll tell ya, even though not much happens in this first episode, there’s somethin’ about it that keeps ya hooked. You can tell this one’s gonna be one of those shows where the more ya watch, the more the mystery unravels. The whole atmosphere of it is just so eerie, and the look of it? Well, it’s got that signature “American Horror Story” vibe, all spooky but kinda classy, if you know what I mean. Even the fans who’ve been watchin’ from the start are gonna find somethin’ to love about it, and if you’re new to the show, don’t worry, you’ll be just fine too.
Now, I ain’t sayin’ this first episode is the best thing I’ve ever seen, but I’ll admit it has a certain charm. If you’re lookin’ for a slow burn and some dark mystery, this one’s for you. It ain’t all gore and jump scares, though you’ll get plenty of that later on, I reckon. This one’s more about the build-up, the tension that creeps up on ya, little by little. Makes ya wanna keep watchin’, even though you might not know exactly what’s goin’ on just yet.
So, what happens next? Well, I reckon we’ll have to wait and see. As of now, things are just startin’ to heat up. The characters are bein’ set up, the mysteries are becomin’ clearer, and I can already tell there’s a whole lotta trouble comin’ Anna’s way. I ain’t sure what’s gonna happen, but I can’t wait to see how it all turns out. If you’ve been watchin’ “American Horror Story” for years, you know this show has a way of throwin’ in some real surprises, and I got a feelin’ this season’s no different.
So if you’re in the mood for a spooky time with a whole lotta questions and a little bit of unease, then give this first episode a watch. You might not get all the answers right away, but you sure will be wonderin’ what’s gonna happen next. Stay tuned, folks, ’cause this one’s just gettin’ started.
