After that, he moved on to strength training. He was lifting weights, doing squats and bench presses. He had a trainer with him, who was shouting encouragement and making sure he was doing the exercises right. It was hard work, and he was sweating like crazy, but he didn’t stop.

I also found some interviews with Hispanic players where they talked about their training. One player said that they usually train for at least four to five hours a day, six days a week. They focus on a mix of skills training, like ball – handling and shooting, and physical conditioning, like strength and endurance.
Another thing I learned is that many Hispanic players work on their mental game as well. They meditate, visualize their plays, and work on staying calm under pressure. One player said that mental toughness is just as important as physical skills in the NBA.
So, after all this research and watching these videos and interviews, I’ve got a better idea of how Hispanic NBA players train. It’s a lot of hard work, dedication, and a mix of different types of training. And I think that’s what makes them such great players in the league.
