So, I was really curious about the West Ashley High School football schedule for the 2022 – 2023 season. I mean, I’m a big football fan, and I wanted to know when my favorite high – school team was gonna play.
First off, I started by asking around. I hit up some of the parents I knew whose kids went to West Ashley High. I was like, “Hey, do you know where I can find the football schedule?” But most of them just shrugged and said they didn’t have a clue. So, that didn’t work out too well.
Then, I thought, “Well, the school’s gotta have it somewhere.” So, I headed over to the school’s main office. I walked in and asked the lady at the front desk, “Ma’am, can you tell me where I can get the 2022 – 2023 football schedule?” She gave me this look like I was asking for something crazy, but then she said, “You might wanna check the school’s bulletin board outside the gym.”
I thanked her and made my way to the gym. I walked around the bulletin board, looking through all the papers. There were flyers about clubs, bake sales, and all sorts of stuff, but no football schedule. I was getting a bit frustrated at this point, like, “Come on, where is it?”
Next, I decided to try the school’s library. I walked in and asked the librarian, “Do you know where I can find the football schedule?” She seemed a bit more helpful. She said, “You can try looking on the school’s notice board near the entrance of the library.” I went over there and started rummaging through the notices. Still no luck!
After that, I thought, “Maybe the coaches know.” I went to the football field, and there were a few coaches standing around. I walked up to one of them and said, “Hey coach, can you tell me where I can get the 2022 – 2023 football schedule?” He grinned and said, “It’s on the school’s official social media page.”
I was like, “Oh, why didn’t I think of that earlier?” But then I realized I didn’t have the school’s social media account info. So, I went back to the main office and asked the front – desk lady again. She gave me the details, and I finally found the schedule. It was a bit of a hassle, but I got what I wanted!
