Well, I decided to start this graded football cards thing a while back. First, I had to track down some football cards. I hit up a bunch of local card shops. I walked in, looked around those glass cases, and asked the shop owners if they had any good football cards. They showed me a bunch of different ones, from old school players to the new hotshots.

I picked out a bunch that I thought were cool. Then, I had to figure out how to get them graded. I did some online searching, found a well – known grading service. I filled out their online form, describing the cards as best as I could. I was like, “This card has a shiny finish, and the edges look pretty sharp.”
Next, I carefully packed up the cards. I used those little plastic sleeves to protect them, then put them in a small box with some bubble wrap. I didn’t want anything to happen to them during shipping. I took the box to the post office and sent it off, feeling a bit nervous like I was sending my precious babies away.
After a few weeks, I got an email saying my graded cards were on the way back. I was so excited! When the package finally arrived, I ripped it open. There were my cards, each in a hard plastic case with a grade on it. Some got really high grades, and I was stoked. Others didn’t do as well, but that was okay.
Now, I’ve started showing off my graded cards to my friends. I put them on display in my room. It’s been a really fun journey, from hunting for the cards to finally seeing them all graded and looking so nice. And who knows, maybe one day these cards will be worth a fortune!
